LOCKDOWN AN EFFECTIVE & MAJOR STEP TAKEN BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT TO STOP THE SPREAD OF CORONA VIRUS IN INDIA ! 






As per the studies world wide : 

India beats other nations in COVID response , India fares better as compared to others countries such as the United States , Germany , Italy , Spain, South Korea and Britain in the Oxford Covid-19 Government Response Tracker(OxCGRT).

Most people in our locality, home, neighborhood are feeling bore while sitting at their home and are unable to find things to do to keep themselves engage or busy while the whole world is paused down due to this pandemic disease ! I've come up with some of the daily or interesting things that will keep you engage & most importantly gives you a bunch of benefits !! So let's get started :

1. Read books , novels or Articles :
So, The first thing you can do is reading some good books even holy books like Ramayana , Bhagwat Geeta , Quran , Bible ! I'll suggest you some books that'll enhance your thought process and logical thinking ability !

2. Learn & Enhance your favourite hobbies :
" A thing you do isn't a thing if it's not done correctly ! "

For instance , If you're interested in clicking photos and to edit them then you need to learn something new ! If you want an output according to your desire then you need to change the input & it's process ! 
You need to change your perception of things & try to learn something new things to implement on your cameras , equipments , skills , Manual settings , Exposure , Shutter speed , perfect angle , timing so on & so forth ! You can follow your favourite mentor on YouTube taking instance , For learning photography skills , editing skills & New ideas to capture !

            Learn and utilize your every second !

3. Stay fit :

In this situation of stress, anxiety, sitting & laying down on bed will make you weak , your immune system will also get weaken by each passing day. During the stress response, you breathe faster in an effort to quickly distribute oxygen-rich blood to your body.But this also raises your blood pressure. As a result, frequent or chronic stress will make your heart work too hard for too long. Ultimately this will increase your chances to get caught by the diseases for which you're staying at home to avoid it please make a proper schedule for doing yoga , workout , mediation daily !

The biggest advantage of blogging is that it can evolve an individual. It builds in confidence to a person. Blogging can update a person’s language knowledge as well as the technical language. What’s more, they’re less likely to be insured.“Because of this, they are at significant risk — much more so than they actually are to pass COVID-19 to people with healthy immune systems, like many people with housing,” Brown said.He recommended contacting your local homeless shelters and homeless service organizations to find out what they need most now. The National Coalition for the Homeless has called for cities to provide hand-washing stations for people in homeless encampments during the pandemic, and recommended that all coronavirus testing and treatment be free for all.
